Fallow Deer

These beautiful deer occur in three different color phases and grow upwards of 200 pounds and are native to the Mediterranean region of southern Europe. The antlers of the Fallow deer are very impressive. The Fallow deer can have pal-mated antlers with 20 points or more. This lanky, thin deer averages 38 inches high at the shoulder and comes in four common colors: tan, rust, white and black. All variations have white undersides and white spots on the sides and back. |

Blackbuck Antelope

Now extinct in their feral range in Australia, this great trophy needs no introduction to the International Trophy Hunter. Blackbuck Antelope have horns which are long, ringed and spirally twisted. Adult males have a dark brown to black coat with white undersides. The darkness of the coat varies with the season. |

Four Horned Ram

The Four Horned Ram has been traced back to the Mediterranean area. The rams can weigh between 120-180 pounds with the ewes weighing between 80-120 pounds. Both male and females are horned with the male horns being larger. These Rams can have as few as 2 horns up to 6 horns. The two vertical horns on rams may grow up to 24 inches or more. |
Mouflon Ram

The Mouflon Ram is from Greece. The only ram that makes a greater trophy than the Mouflon is the Aoudad. The horns of a Mouflon ram are heart shaped with trophy quality rams having horns of 31 inches plus. With a quite rare case of horns reaching the 40" range. A mature ram will weigh 90 to 115 pounds. |

Aoudad Ram

This exotic is also called a "Barbary Sheep" although actually it is neither a sheep nor a goat. It's tan in color with long hair on the bottom of the neck and on the front legs, giving it the illusion of wearing "chaps". Both the males and females have horns that grow out and back over their necks. A large male will weigh 250 lbs while a female will weigh 100 lbs. |
Painted Desert Ram

The Painted Desert Sheep is known primarily for the ram's ability to grow a trophy class set of horns. Rams weigh from 75 to 200 pounds and may be 30" or more at the shoulders. The rams will grow a luxuriant mane often beginning at the shoulders with a thick bib at the front of the neck. |

Texas Dall Ram

The Texas Dall Ram is believed to have originated as cross between an Alaska Dall and a Mouflon. The color of the Texas Dall can range solid, white, cream or rusty red colorations. A mature ram will weigh 130 to 160 pounds. These Rams make exceptional trophys. |
Black Hawaiian Ram

The Black Hawaiian Ram, a believed cross between the black hair sheep of the Hawaiian Islands and a mouflon. Through the years they have been crossed with other sheep to perfect their horn development and their overall looks. The horns on this Ram can curl out 35 inches, with a 40 inch ram not being uncommon. The color of the ram is black with some rams having a little white on the muzzle around the nose. |

Corsican Ram

The Corsican Ram is probably the most hunted exotic. The Corsican is from the West Indies and is a reddish brown sheep with a black mane that can grow to a pretty impressive length. The most common type is the Barbado, a cross between the mouflon and a Barbados Blackbelly sheep. Large mature rams will weigh 125 to 180 pounds. |

Eastern & Rio Grand Wild Turkeys

As adults, gobblers typically tip the scales between 17 and 22 pounds and stand 36 to 40 inches tall. Although they do not have ear lobes or flaps to funnel in sound waves, hens and gobblers have acute hearing. They can home into the calling of another turkey or a hunter, and pinpoint the source of the calls with remarkable precision. The sounds of slapping brush, heavy footsteps or the metallic click of a hunter pressing a shotgun's safety can send a gobbler ducking for cover. |
